Lead, inspire and develop a team of F&A professionals
-Manage the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and reporting functions
-Review and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, and presents relevant information to executive management
-Develop, modify and implement financial systems, financial operational specifications, controls and policies & procedures
-Ensure reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards and organizational policies
-Provide accounting advice and directions to other departmental staff, communicate results of financial analysis to management and outside parties and make recommendations for appropriate action
-Ensure consolidation of Exact\'s financial data at month-end
-Responsible for the performance of control procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial information and the development of new financial schedules and analyses to facilitate management\'s understanding of financial trends and variances
-Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place for the organization and its subsidiaries, working with external auditors as appropriate
-Provide strategic and operational financial leadership
-Initiate and drive progressive change in reporting, control and systems
-Ensure compliance in commercial decisions
