Prometric is a leading worldwide provider of comprehensive technology-based testing and assessment services. Prometric provides a complete technology-based testing services solution to sponsors and administrators of large-volume tests.

National Network Manager/Programme Manager

Provide the UK Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with a computer based version of the driver’s theory exam in a approx. 158 testing centers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland.

Objective
· Source, install and maintain a network of 158 Testing Centers throughout the UK and N.Ireland within given time
· Keeping within the pre-set budget (approx. 12 million GBP) and build to defined quality standards
· Negotiate contracts with hard- and software installation companies
· Recruit and manage a team of a building surveyor, (7) regional managers, and approximately 450 FTE staff.
Responsibilities and Achievements
· Ensuring on-time delivery of 158 Testing Centers through effective leadership keeping with in the pre-set budget
· Setting up procedures and practices to ensure a successful roll out of the project
· Negotiating terms of business and service levels with national suppliers for products and personnel to achieve success of project (real-estate agents, recruiters, solicitors, equipment suppliers)
· Liaison with Local Authorities, the Legal Profession, Surveyors etc on a regular basis to maintain continuity of the project
· Monitor performance of all regions, provide executive management with regular reports
· Attend regular meetings throughout the UK resolving issues raised, constantly reviewing and approving service requirements and specifications with staff and clients
· Deal with all HR issues raised by staff, and take appropriate action.

Regional STC Manager

Setting up, expanding and maintaining a network of computer based testing centres in Eastern Europe and Asia, within pre-set budget and timescales. Day to day responsibilities included -
· Finding new partners (mostly Educational Institutions)
· Conduct contract negotiations
· Co-ordinate build outs
· Budget responsibility
· Continuity of test delivery and strategic advice to management teams

Test capacity increased with 400%. Number of candidate seats increased from approx. 100 to 375. Number of staff working in the centres increased from 30 to 112.
