2000 - 2001 Dow Chemical - Information Architect Chem eStandards: This is an initiative under the umbrella of CIDX (Chemical Industry Data Exchange) by which a standard for B2B (XML) transactions has been developed for the chemical industry; Working in this project with other chemical companies, I was the team lead for the Product Classification Team, which focused on investigating a standard for Product Classification coding for chemical products. In addition I was the team lead for developing data models for the above mentioned B2B transactions.

1999-2000: Leader for developing a strategy for data integration of merger application data into the Dow Chemical systems.

1994 - 1999 Dow Chemical, Corporate Data Architect:
Lead group of Data Architects (6 persons) for the development and supporting the enterprise wide Data Architecture.

1991 - 1994 Dow Chemical, Data Architect Manufacturing / Engineering: Participate in team for development of global IT Architecture for Manufacturing / Engineering. In addition, responsible for Data Architecture development.
1986 - 1990: Dow Chemical, Technical Leader DBA / DA group

1985 - 1986: Dow Chemical, IT Project Leider / Information Analyst for developing an IT strategy for Dow Benelux Manufacturing & Logistics functions.
