Responsible for the data/ip portfolio of PTT Post Ltd.
Increasing data/ip portfolio (Frame Relay and ATM services); development and implementation of new services; implementation and organization of an ITIL based service organization; service management.
The business manager was responsible for turnover, profit and loss, service organization and customer satisfaction (2001).

Program management
Development, implementation and manage of data/ip services of a nation wide network for the Ministry of Trade and Transport.
The network exist of 40.000 ICT services over 14.000 end-users.
The network is outsourced from the Ministry to KPN Service Integration. Responsible for a service management organization (ITIL-standard) with 40 employees as well as P&L. Turnover (2000) € 15.000k (2000).

Consultancy and Project management
Consultancy, project and service management ICT network Post administration in the Netherlands.
Consultancy and Project Management on behalf of the selection, purchase and realization of an integral voice and data communication nationwide network. Deliverables where financial and functional feasibility, request for proposal, vendor analysis, purchase advise and project management during implementation. The project has been delivered well within the parameters of the available time line (millennium), functional aspects and financial budget (€ 12.000k) (1998-1999)
Implementation and organization of PC and telephony standard environment, 125 business applications, NOC incl computercentre, migration of legacy systems to NT platform.
Outsourcing of the whole operational services to the Service integration organization of KPN Telecom Ltd.

Senior Projectmanagement
Creation of a business case aboutof new PC environment to implement new business for the large account market.
We founded Communication solutions Nederland Ltd (CSN, 100% daughter Company of KPN Telecom). Goal was implement a standardized IT working place environment at the Busines Unit Curver in Europe. After implementation the service and maintenance of the IT environments was dealt with by CSN. The successful implementation of these IT working places contributed substantially to the order of DSM to integrate * 1.000 of these standard working places throughout DSM and also outsourced the service and maintenance to CSN. 1995-1997

Implementation and organization of 2 major callcenters for:
Viking Direct European Callcenter (400 dispatchers)
Travelinformation 10 callcenters in a network nationwide, including backbone structure.

Interim and Change management
Responsible for 40 high professional engineers and projectleaders in the telecommunication business for the large Account market. Preparing the reorganization, from decentralization to centralization (1992).

Manager Installation Department
Manager installation Department at KPN Telecom (at that time called PTT-Telecom) Maastricht District. I was managing directly 3 regionmanagers and a office manager with total 150 engineers. Responsible for installation of all business telecommunication equipment (voice, data, mobile, 1991).

Implementation of the larges Business communication network (1989) in the world (DSM, 16.000 connections within 10 locations, at one plant).
Migration from an analog system to a complete digital system.

Consultation of a Mobile Trunking network (1.600 handhelds).
