Start up, development and coaching of a distribution network of mini-franchises in 16 countries with a product range of cosmetics and food supplements in cooperation with a multinational. Turnover growth from 0 to 120 000 EURO per month.

1994 – 1999
Take over and development of a retail and wholesale business in homemade ice cream. Turnover growth from 10 000 to 100 000 EURO per year after which I resold the business like planned.

1992 – 1997
Start up and development of a wholesale and manufacturing company in gifts and decoration. Turnover growth from 0 to 2.5 Million EURO per year after which I sold my business part to my business partner.
