„h At the age of sixteen I moved to London to purse my childhood dream - training at the world famous Judo club - the Budokwai, Europe¡¦s oldest Judo Club
„h I was a member of the national Under 21 Judo team and trained with the Olympic and national squad. I have been coached by World and Olympic champions and won a scholarship to train in Japan under the instruction of the 1981 world champion (under 65kgs), appeared in a specialised Judo book with him. I also competed in international tournaments.
„h I supported myself by working part time in real estate, sales and marketing and teaching Judo privately and at schools.
„h As a property consultant it was my job to identify property deals, attend property auctions, screen, negotiate, structure and arrange the finance. Deal with council planners, bankers, agents, tenants, lawyers and financiers. Presentations to property developers, selling them financial structures to win more business.

„h I attended college in the evenings to study for my 'A' levels (see above).

I have always demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach since my early childhood
I use to make money while at school by finding gaps in the market (i.e. produced school timetables for pupils, covered pupils books). I demonstrated leadership qualities as a youth, representing my class at meetings and became vice head boy for the school. I was often called upon to negotiate in delicate matters between teachers and children as I was renowned for being diplomatic and a good negotiator.
I have been invited back to my school to give talks to the pupils.
