Work Experience

Sita has 10+ year experience in optimizing and restructuring IT operations (in projects and running business) within a number of branches ( Waste Management, Banking, Telecom, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical industry).
Main focus of her working experience was the development of skills and expertise on the level of performance reporting, including set up and development of KPI’s to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
During the last 5 years this focus was broadened by implementing organizational change management programs and coaching teams towards higher efficiency standards. Her experience enabled her also a more strategic focus and approach towards the positioning of IT Operations within organizations where IT is an internal service offering ( e.g. Outsourcing, Set up of Shared Service Centers, Effective IT Ops).
In her spare time Sita is involved in competence groups discussing topics involving IT operations effectivity on a strategic level.
Sita is now establishing her own firm (Interim management) to explore the above mentioned areas on an interim basis. This will enable her, on the one hand, to specialize more on IT Ops Change & Interim Management, overall Team coaching and, on the other hand, be a sparring partner on IT Ops Efficiency on a Strategic Level.
