1998 – 2006 Company X
This company is active in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, Refurbishment, Reverse Logistics Asset Management and the remarketing of IT equipment for over 12 years. The company specializes in removing unnecessary steps and, therefore, creates a clear & straight forward working environment for their customers.
Amongst the many valued customers there are manufacturers such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, captive lessors, brand independent lessors, and large end user organizations such as Ernst & Young, Electrolux, Bayer, ABN AMRO Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland. The company manages, on behalf of these customers, Desktop Asset Life Cycle Services on a continual and project basis. The company processes tens of thousands assets per annum.
With her one-stop solution of Asset Management, Deployment Collection, Refurbishment & Remarketing we cover all major economic centres in EMEA, being of true added value to our customers.

2005-Present Business Development Manager
Joined the Business Development Team, responsibilities included:
• Develop new business in the EMEA region, end-user sales (top 500 companies) and building up relationships with the main system integrators such as Getronics and Ordina;
• In the past months I have dealt with MasterCard, Econocom, BDO, I2, Philips, Inter Access ;
• My portfolio comprises out of a number of schools, hospitals, retail organizations and temporary employment agencies;
• Report to the general manager.

2003-2005 International Operations Coordinator
My position or responsibilities remain unchanged; however, the content of the role gets a different scope
I was the main point of contact between the country-manager and the Board.
I have achieved the following goals (in all countries):
• Implementations are completed; an audit process has been set in place. This process will simplify controlling and managing the different processes;
• Legal and financial processes are standardized;
• Selected an international auditor
• Created a transfer-pricing system;
• Selected one International Bank that has branches in all the companies countries
• Implementation of a central installed bank system (Bank Station International ABN AMRO Bank);
• Certified our security processes (such as data removal) by the German TUV;
• Joined the Vadis project team, Vadis is an in-house developed Web Based ERP system;
• Coordinated the (first) consolidated annual statement of accounts;
• Designed a plan for Activity Based Costing;
• Managed several Management Buy Outs;
• Coordinated the central installed web shop including Web Marketing;
• Training of the local Sales and production Managers;
• Migration of Exact Globe 2000 to Exact Globe 2003EP;
• I reported directly to the Board (owners).

2001-2003 International Operations Coordinator
The first goal and main responsibility I was set was to create the same sales and production organization that was developed at the Head Quarters in The Netherlands in Poland, The Czech Republic, Belgium and Hungary. I spent 60-80% of my time abroad to achieve this goal. In this position I was the main contact between the Country & Sales Managers and the Board. Other responsibilities:

• Standardization of the production process;
• Standardization of the logistics process;
• Establishing and set up new branches in Germany (2001), South Africa (2002) and the United Kingdom (2003);
• Establishing and set up new outlet stores in Slovakia (2003), Poland (2003) and South Africa (2003);
• Coordinate foreign projects in countries without a own operation such as Greece, Denmark and Finland;
• Standardization of the financial principles such as stock valuation, general ledgers and financial periods;
• Implementation of one central installed financial software (Exact Globe 2000);
• Solo position, I reported directly to the Board (owners).


1999-2001 Sales Manager
Supervisor of the sales team (consist out of 10 sales employees). We served the same markets via international trade shows, cold calling, field and telesales and the internet. Our customers are throughout the EMEA region; Central and Eastern European clients are proving more valuable. Other responsibilities;
• Attain growth;
• Consolidate existing clients;
• Differentiation of the sales team;
• Reporting to the board;
• Management Team member.

1998 - 1999 Sales Employee
Joined the company; the sales team was comprises out of three Sales Employees and there was minimum structure. We mainly sold hardware to end-users, SME, schools and International Brokers.


1995 – 1998 Co-worker Art Department
As a freelancer I worked for different commercial, film and television production companies (manly Dutch productions). My main responsibilities were to search sponsors, purchase props and maintain relationships between producers and suppliers.

1992 -1995 Entrepreneur (small businessman)
Trade in cellular telephones mainly used and out-of-line models.

FENEDEX (2000-03) fenedex is the Dutch federation for Exporters and International orientated companies; I attend the following courses;
• Workshop Incoterms 2000. Goal: understanding the need and the correct use of Incoterms 2000.
• Transfer Pricing. Goal: Insight of the transfer pricing, especially the Fiscal Requirements and the advantages of planning.
• Course Documents by Export. Goal: to familiarise myself with export documents
