Development and implementation of a strategy for Origin to enter the International Banking market sector.
Consultancy to Director and other members of the management team regarding sales and marketing strategies.
Achieved entry at high levels into a number of strategic new accounts and succesfully developed the business.

June 1976 to May 1990 - Philips Business Systems UK
Business Management - Including two years as Business Unit/National Sales & Marketing Manager, directing the activities of ten Account Managers, two regional managers and a marketing manager. Responsible for relationship and business development with 200 dealers and named direct accounts. Profit and budget accountability, including development of business plan to enter personal computer market, and implementation of related organizational change. Also Senior Account Manager for the Finance sector, developing business and negotiating sales of substantial figures in the banking sector.
Previous roles within Philips include Sales Manager - Major Distributors, marketing and sales support executive, senior systems engineer, systems analyst, and systems installer/training officer.
During her career Stephanie has:
· Developed and run a broad range of training courses and workshops for senior sales staff and business managers.
· Spoken at many conferences and product launches.
· Lectured in Outsourcing, Organizational Analysis, Organizational Research Methods, and New Technology at work for the Birkbeck Masters Programme.
· Facilitated a range of strategy planning workshops.
· Developed market research, prepared business and marketing proposals.
· Chaired working parties and steering committees.
· Spoken at press conferences and PR releases.
· Managed sales and product launches.
