sept 2010 - 1 sept 2011 Business Intelligence manager at Avéro Achmea Finance & Control.
Designed and embedded the governance and strategy regarding Management Information. Responsible for realising a new commercial management information system. The corresponding communication plan involved several internal and external (productline) stakeholders. Directed two project managers and a project control budget of one million euros. Experienced a SENS business improvement project (similar to Lean Six Sigma).

june 2010 – oct 2010 Interim projectmanager ‘Rebranding Fortis Bank’ at ASR Verzekeringen.
Directed six teams in different business units (Ardanta, De Amersfoortse, De Europeesche, Interlloyd, ASR Leven en Schade). Various insurance products were rebranded, in which the Fortis brand was replaced by the ASR brand. This involved all print and multiple front and back office systems.

Together with a team, responsible for creating and implementing a marketing plan, dedicated to the ‘above fifty years of age’ market. Project Manager regarding the conversion of an outdated funeral product, also responsible for the content marketing and communication.

jan 1997 - dec 2003 Manager Affinity Partners at AXENT/AEGON.
Overall responsible for the cooperation with various external partners (Comfort Card, OZ health insurance, CNV unions). Business plans were developed and implemented. Basis for the mutual cooperation was increasing sales and broadening the product range. This had impact on internal and external departments, processes and systems. Senior Project Manager of several multi-disciplinary projects: with consequences on legal, financial and actuarial issues, and ICT, processes, marketing & communication and sales. Achieved was the purchase of a credit line for AXENT customers, the creation of specific CNV insurance products, and increased sales on both sides. Conducted various direct marketing and lead generating activities, performed on both prospects and existing customers.
During the termination of the ‘Nederlandse Verzekeringgroep’ responsible for the internal and external communication, because part of the portfolio and the organization was transferred to AXENT.

Financial controller regarding various insurance products, also responsible for the development of an activity based costing system. Project Manager of the implementation of a new casualty life product. Also developed and implemented an advanced production reporting system.

jun 1990 – dec 1993 Individual Life and Control Europe employee at ‘AEGON Leven Individueel’.
Responsible for the design and delivery of financial reports relating to life insurance for the intermediary distribution channel. Conducted the overall financial planning and budget cycle and also served specific business analyzes on marketing & sales. Project leader of the multidisciplinary premiums fall action.
