February 200 - present EUROMONDI
Chairman and founder of this not for profit organisation involved in the creation of international cultural exchanges. The company has developed a network with members in thirteen European countries and is involved in the organisation of collaborations and co-productions of cultural events particularly focused visual and performing arts.
In this position I have conceived and developed three main events and involved more than sixty European institutions:

1) Millennia: The European Contemporary Myth of Creation and Destruction: this is a international co-production ideated by myself and developed together with other twenty two institutions from fourteen European countries. The event includes an exhibition of various photographers and painters.

2) The European Brass Forum: The project was ideated by myself, developed in collaboration with other two partners from Denmark and Lithuania and involved more than twenty five institutions and universities from all over Europe, including the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture. It consists of the formation of the Europe’s biggest Brass Band made up by the most outstanding students from the most prestigious European academies. Other events includes: The First International Timofei Dokshizer Trumpet Competition, masterclasses and a programme of concerts.

3) Biennale di Porto D’Ercole: the event is being implemented in collaboration with other partners from Italy and Spain and consists of a multidisciplinary arts festival which will take place in the whole beautiful territory of Porto D’Ercole (Italy).

Employed by this world leader company as a European Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator. In this position I was also managing the Italian market after having been a successful representative. I have also been involved in all aspects of administration, sales (including telesales), marketing and promotions. Since I joined the company, my achievements have been the following:

· Selling our products over the phone on my own schedule and initiative. I mainly focused on the UK and Italian market and sold products for over half a million pounds in the last financial year.
· Solved all administration problems concerning Italian dealers;
· Delivered the highest quality level of customer service;
· Organised on my own initiative, and successfully implemented, marketing research and mailing projects in order to improve our market penetration;
· Promoted and sold our instruments to the most prestigious musical institutions and orchestras (including “La Scala” in Milan, “La Fenice” in Venice, “RAI Orchestra”, the National Television, “Teatro Massimo” in Palermo etc…);
· Organised concerts, master classes and workshops with the world’s top musicians;
· Conceived and organised one of Europe’s biggest events in the Brass world, by involving twenty three among the most prestigious universities from all over Europe (including the Royal Academy of Music, The Royal College of Music, The Royal Northern College of Music, The Royal Scottish Academy of Music, etc…), twelve countries, six Embassies and the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture. I conceived the all event in a way that it will be sponsored by Boosey & Hawkes MI LTD but actually funded by the European Community. The implementation of the event will stimulate a new interest in the brass music and increase the demand for our brass instruments in other countries where, so far, the brass culture is not as developed as it is in the UK;
· Constantly increased our turnover in Italy by an average of 32% per year.

Degree in Business and Economics with a dissertation on “The British financial system and the economic globalization: a comparison with the Italian system”.
