- Business Development & Sales management closely interacting with product management; qualifying, developing and closing deals (EUR 50-300K), of motion capture solutions: B2B sales cycles of 6-12 weeks on CEO/CTO level. This included extensive travel in Europe, US and APAC.

o Typical customers include (mobile) network operators, service providers and content providers such as Deutsche Telekom, BT Group, Disney, Arcor, Telefonica, M6, UPC, Telstra, Singtel, Telecom Italia, Mediaset and NTL.
o Partners on global corporate level include Microsoft, Ericsson, Philips, LogicaCMG, HP and Accenture.
• Activities:
o Product management: link between sales force & partners and the software development team. This included gathering product requirements and prioritizing them with the development team. Creating presentations, brochures, whitepapers and other sales materials.
o Business development, marketing & sales of complex software server solutions: B2B sales cycles of 3-12 months on CEO/CTO-level. This included extensive travel in Europe, US and APAC.
o Partner management on corporate level: creating joint product offerings, training our partner’s salesforce and evangelize our solutions.
o Presence on international trade shows and congresses around the world including 3GSM, (Barcelona), NAB (Las Vegas), CES (Las Vegas), CommunicAsia (Singapore) and IBC (Amsterdam).
