Change

Led the HR component of two bank acquisitions and integration in Europe. Major involvement in branch start-ups (most recently India), - expansion, - closures, global business restructurings and staff lay-offs.


Compensation and benefits

Worked closely with C&B specialists in running and developing country compensation and benefits programs. Responsible for organizing the yearend performance and salary review and the bonus allocation at country and regional level.
Hands-on experience with expatriate staff remuneration (balance sheet method) and terms and conditions.


Works council relations

In particular relevant for Western Europe. Change initiatives, business restructuring, business acquisitions, often need consultation or approval by works councils.
