Managing Director Year: 2008-2009. Switzerland
Company: USA Professional services company, quoted at NASDAQ. Sector with 1 Bio. $.: Consultancy, Interim Management mainly for multinationals in aspects of SOX, regulation, corporate governance, controlling and finance.
Situation: Board wanted to create a Swiss practice in order to serve better multinationals and create synergies with important European markets as Germany and UK.
Mission / Accomplishment: Global Market Study on Swiss Market, establishment of a business plan, opening of Swiss practice and initial recruitments, visiting and acquisition of 6 larger companies. Creation of market awareness to 70 of the top 100 companies in Switzerland.

HR Country Director Year: 2007-2008. Switzerland
Company: Country Branch of a world leader in the express and transport business with 600 people in Switzerland and four depots. Sales volume Mio. CHF 300.
Situation: High staff turn over, divergence on leadership issues between top management and mid management. High absenteeism rate. Unsatisfied salary / incentive rules. HR not well accepted as business partner at all level of management. HRM not well integrated into the international HR community.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Reorganization of the HR structure into Services as HR Consultancy, Salaries & Administration and Training & Development. Leadership of 15 employees (administration staff, specialists, trainer, consultants). Survey on 80 managers. Introduction of a new appraisal and motivation system, Mentoring and Leadership concept. Foundation of a Leadership Academy leading to Bachelor in leadership management. Increase of 5 points employee satisfaction degree.

Managing Director, President. Year: 2006-2007. Switzerland / China
Company: Swiss Corporation created as start-up to market in Switzerland medical devices items (TENS, ECG Electrodes, Gel, TENS wires).
Mission / Accomplishment:
Market survey at European level. Edit of a business plan. Searching for a top producer in Asia / China. Negotiation of a cooperation agreement in aspects of marketing consultancy, quality, pricing, distribution to the producer. Market survey with test in Switzerland with 4 regional hospitals and therapists. After successful test in Switzerland (direct BtB), launch in Italy and Denmark signing 7 distributor contracts. Promotion agreement with a major investor in Bulgaria for Eastern Europe.

CEO Year: 2006. Switzerland
Company: Subsidiary company of the top four Swiss health insurance scheme. Industry: Absenteeism and care management services to companies. 50 People, sales volume CH 7 Mio.
Situation: Company was bought from founder. New owner wanted to integrate company into existing structure, allowing the company to play an important market role to other health insurance firms and insurance brokers.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Revision of BPL, establishment of an operational market strategy, development of the Swiss French region by signing a cooperation contract with a major broker, monitoring of work-shops with multinationals in this region. Signing cooperation contracts with larger Swiss German brokers. Acquisition of two major clients. Leadership issues as change management (creating of a corporate vision, hiring and firing). Revenues increase by 40%.

Coach / Interim MD Year: 2005. Switzerland / Italy
Company: Subsidiary company of a top three national logistic group. 15 persons. Sales revenues CH 4 Mio.
Situation: The subsidiary was operating loss since several years. It was not well introduced in the international network, specially between Italy and Switzerland. Leadership was critic. Few commercial activities were in place. Employee were unsatisfied. Cooperation with the Italian and regional corporate organization was poor.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Study of the situation in aspects of leadership, HR, finance, operations and commercial. Market study in commercial and political aspects.
Presentation and proposal to senior corporate management. Due to the situation the general manager had to leave the company. I took over for three months to stabilize the situation. In this period, I create a business plan with the number two, who was promoted in to the new position.
Signing of a intra-company agreement with Italy and some key players in the region. Change Management / Coaching to new MD.
After six loss- making years, the company reported an operating profit within 9 months..

Management Consultant / Director Year 2004. Australia
Company: Start-up company in Melbourne, Australia. Development of training and education for pharmaceutics commercial people.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Co-Founder, Coach to founder. Signing a cooperation with the University of Melbourne. Within one year signing 12 training contracts with local, regional and international companies.
Sold to a worldwide acting group in 2006.

National Commercial Director Year: 2003. Switzerland
Company: Fortune 5 company. Country Organization of the consumer finance division.ca 700 employees.
Situation:
The company was applying an aggressive penetration strategy in the Swiss consumer finance market. Major obstacle for a potential growth were the car producer own financial organization. At this point, few cooperation were establish with the major car dealers in this country.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Field study with 6o major existing and potential clients. Establishment of a sales and development strategy. Presentation of the CEO and senior management. Development of new hunting and farming services to key players. Development and implementation of a training program. Setting up key account management organization. Revenue increased from CHF 20 million to CHF 320
million after one year.

Company: Investment finance company belong to a AAA rated European bank. The Swiss branch occupied 12 persons.
Mission / Accomplishment:
Restructuration in aspects of processes, human, marketing, pricing. Market survey on Swiss vendors and major companies using investment leasing. Edit of a business plan. Signing of 3 major contracts.
