This company has been established in 1988 based on the idea of producing and selling my ideas and designs.
This company has been established in Basel/CH. (Paid up capital 150 000 CHF)
Mainly active in the watch development and marketing, the company got in 1993 the license of Lego and from 1996 until 1998 my company produced and sold with great success Lego watches around the world (in total around 1 million pieces). These products have been created and designed by myself, produced with sub suppliers and distributed through my company and appointed sales agencies from my company.
At that time I set up sister companies in Denmark (Paid up Capital 325 000 DKK) to ensure the distribution and take care of the relation with Lego which is established in Denmark.
Within two years these companies reached a turnover of 4 Millions CHF in Switzerland and 25 Millions DKK in Denmark with about 5000 point of sales around the world.
At that time we employed 3 staff employees and about 30 production employees for assembling and packing, at full and part time.
In 1998 Lego decided to buy the design, production and distribution rights, as the business was big enough for them, to establish an own department within the group.
From that point on I focused more on furniture and other products, also for third companies.
This company is used to international business, to handle quantities and to keep a high standard of quality. Customer service has always been considered as a central point and as key to the success of any product.
