· Assumption of responsibility for O&M business in BeNeLux countries, i.e. install new service unit in local company Netherland, ensure know-how buildup, oversee staff ramp-up and unfolding of customer business; coach existing service unit in Luxembourg and represent Siemens service account before the customer P&T Luxembourg with regular meetings

· Introduce new service products in LC Netherland and at customer in Luxembourg; point out integration into existing service portfolio

· Negotiate and strike on yearly basis SLA (backup-contract) with LC Netherland for remote headquarter business and customer contract with P&T Luxembourg for direct HQ business, targeted to consecutive increase of revenue and installed base being covered by service contracts

· special account P&T Luxembourg: customer directly addressed from HQ Munich without intermediare LC, therefore full P&L responsibility at HQ Project Management; equipment comprising GSM (core, radio), GPRS, IN; strike service contracts for I&C and 24x7 O&M (revenue of 1.5 million euro per year)


Rollout Manager, E-Plus Mobilfunk, Germany (November 1993 to July 1998)

· Implementation Management for the southern part of a country-wide network rollout (Nokia and Siemens gear, volume 70 Mio. EUR) with E-Plus, German subsidiary of Dutch incumbent KPN, i.e. full takeover of responsibility for turnkey network deployment; covering coordination of planning departments (site acquisition, fixed and radio planning, civil-works planning); overseeing of on site implementation executed by subcontractor companies; verification and release of implementation offers in terms of technical and commercial soundness; verification and release of invoicing after final approval of site building

· Conversion Management: as of 1997 heading project group for fixed line -> microwave conversion encompassing all planning and civil works issues as well as commercial impact
