My ambitions & working experience focus on people & processes (Change Management & Development).

As of 1997 my psychology studies have become more of a strong professional hobby due to economic and organizational reasons. I applied and integrated my knowledge as additional asset at work though. The official completion is an personal goal to follow through with. I prioritize my career ambitions and getting established in The Netherlands.

Operates as Brand Austrian Airlines (AUA), Lauda (former Lauda Air) and Austrian arrows (former Tyrolean Airways); their acquisition started 1999. In 2001 the economical challenges after the 11/09 caused essential organizational adaptations.

A private company busy with both manufacturing and retail. Core business lies with supply chain and production of components (e.g. Light fibers) and finished goods (e.g. traffic lights), being both supplier and vendor. Retail covers purchase and all goods associated with professional “illumination”. Back office is responsible for all business activities.

The Central European Area (Headquarter Rotterdam) forecasted revenue of US$ 1.9 billion (2006) and employs 3,750 people. The office in Vienna handles all world wide shipments via Austria.
NB: My Job promotion to international Middle Management level was approached & offered by the CEU Managers in charge due to my effective way of action with out a deemed own driven application.
