My responsibilities:
- Start up of four HR departments for European branches;
- Recruitment of professionals,
- Implementation of toolkit,
- Structuring operational service3s in all HR departments in Western Europe.
- Development of all instruments in Human Resources for six countries in Western Europe.

• February 1985 - July 1987: Advisor Human Resources Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one of the main airports of Europe; the gateway to Europe, employs 30.000 professionals in all known global airlines and many accommodating enterprises.
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the major facility and services company at the airport.
My responsibilities included:
- Recruitment, performance development, appraisal, and job grading;
- On going development of HR toolkit.
- Participating in Schiphol Master plan 2000, for the Human Resources part.

• April 1981 - February 1985: Sales Manager Netherlands for Max Factor Cosmetics Inc.

Max Factor Cosmetics is one of the global leaders in cosmetic products and services. The Sales organization in the Netherlands is number three in turnover revenue for Europe. The structure of the Sales division is built up in an external sales department and an internal sales department. I was manager of the internal section with a span of control for 6 fte's

My responsibilities;
- Developing Business Plans ,developing sales statistics and participating in the pull up of Marketing Plans in conjunction with Marketing;
- Developing and implementing Sales strategy, procedures and processes;
- Developing and implementing After Sales strategy and procedures;
- Managing internal Sales force (6 ftes) processes and procedures;
- Consulting Board in strategic decisions;
- Participating in Quality and Performance projects
- Hr responsibility for own team

• March 1978 – April 1981: Branch Manager for BBB Temporary Services

BBB Temporary Services is one of the leading agencies in the Netherlands for temporary support in all branches.
The organisation has 35 job shops all over Holland.
My responsibilities;
- Developing Business Plans ,developing sales statistics and participating in the pull up of Marketing Plans in conjunction with Marketing;
