VRTS is an automotive investment project for fixed product supply to European car manufacturars. As a creative idea for a new way of automised service supply to car-users, the scope is to produce “intelligent vehicle management systems” that are far more advanced than up to date vehicle telematics. The application area is over the whole of Europe.

1999-2000: Customer project: coaching 3 administrative and legal government colleges at Meetkundige Dienst, 5 engineers at Getronics company for technical sub-contracts, managing civil infrastrucure work at the local departments of Rijkswaterstaat ( The Netherlands government ministery of water-, road and geo-infrastrures).
- Organisational management of the “Country Rijkswaterstaat Data Mobile System” in mission for “Meetkundige Dienst” in The Netherlands. Government of financial budgets, contracts and technical and functional support.
