Work Experience

ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT
• Alignment of HR with the business through the build up of different HR strategies.
• Re-engineering organisation design, evolution and change such as transfer to another joint committee (218 into 207).
• Leading, developing expertise (excellence), and motivating an HR team.
• Short-term and long-term capacity/resource planning and budgets for internal employees and external contractors.
• Management of the HR budgets per domain of expertise.
• Organisation and supervision of output provided in all HR areas such as administration, compensation and benefit including payroll, recruitment and selection, performance development and training, talent management/succession plans.
• Promotion of the culture and branding image of the company through the different HR channels.
• Change and projects management based on risk & compliance, internal audit and Prince2 methodology.
• Participation in the operations, communication, supervision/coordination, planning, set up of processes and procedures, implementation, follow up and improvement further to the “PDCA” cycle.
• Management representative in the Health and Security Committee (CPBW/CPPT) and Business Crisis Team.
• Establishment of new companies: compliance with the local legislations (France, The Netherlands, Belgium) and EU directives.
• HR audits/due diligence.
• HR “EFQM” European Foundation for Quality Management.
• Organisation and completion of the Social Elections.
• Management of the employee satisfaction survey including drafting of action plans for the different business stakeholders.
• New Working Rules and new internal working rules for the health and Security Committee including the IFE information.
• Supervision of update of organisation charts (actual and future) based on changing environments/strategies.
• Implementation of central HR e-self service.
• Creation and implementation of innovation “improvement ideas

Education

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
• Drawing of recruitment, selection and retention strategies impacted by the yearly business objectives.
• Adding new recruitment channels including media advertising and social media.
• Review and implementation of procedures, processes, standard form and systems.

TALENT MANAGEMENT
• Drawing of a talent management strategy including performance and potential matrix, succession plans, internal mobility (promotion/transfer/move) of staff.
• Drafting of innovative automatic system for the evaluation of staff based on predefined criteria based on the strategy of the company.
• Job classification and new job descriptions with a focus to motivate and retain people having different roles and responsibilities.
• Organisation of leadership development and coaching sessions.

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• Strategy drafted based on individual needs, team needs, cross-functional development.
• Organisation of welcoming sessions for newcomers.
• MBTI certified coach.
