Work Experience

As team manager I have designed, built and managed the service operations team for a financial institute over a period of 4 years. The team consisted of initially 8 members, with shared responsibility. The team needed a redesign and better allignment with the business goals and expectations af the services offered. Based on my business plan I created management commitment to instigate the new service approach. Seperate quality centres, with skills aimed at service support, procurement and authorizations and SOx compliance. The new teams consisted of a total of 20 members, covering a skilled service desk with certified staff (MCP), second line support (MCSE), procurement team with ISPL certification and an authorization desk supplying security awareness training and SOx compliance. To service the organization on a higher level, a RFP was initiated to come to a new ITSM tool including multi channel support. We serviced an organization operating Europe wide, with 2500 users devided over 15 offices.

As Change manager I managed the change process for a financial institute at a service provider dealing with the untwining of two entities and as part of the CM team setting up a change management organization. Managing the operational management teams, change assessments and compliance of the capabilities.

As Test environment manager I was assigned to set up and maintain the test environment within the DTAP roadmap. SLM role aimed at governance and availability of the test environments, and owner of the change process for the DTA environments and quality manager for the offered solutions.

Middle management master, aimed at coaching and leadership. Leadership roles, coaching techniques, financial managment, time management and HRM.
