Skills

I consider myself a well-educated individual with well-honed analytical skills. I have over six years experience in the food industry and have spent nineteen years in management roles. Whilst being safety and quality minded, I believe in increasing production efficiency through monitoring and KPIs. I have excellent man-management skills and owe much of my success to building and inspiring close working teams. After a varied career, I came to production late but soon realised that of all the things I had done it was what I enjoyed most. I find I thrive on the problem solving aspects of process but would always want to be in a people focussed role.
