-Develop strategic plan for approach and set-up required local network (pre-merger preparations).

Manufacture and Marketer of Engineered Cemented Carbide and Polycrystalline Diamond components for several industries e.g. Steel Works, Pump & Seal manufactures, Oil Drilling component manufactures, Tool manufactures for wood and metal working industry, Metal Drawing and Forming plants, etc.

Employed in four different countries:

General Manager, SANDVIK BENELUX B.V. - 1992 – 1999. Offices representing Sandvik AB in Benelux. Start-up of commercial office in a highly competitive B-to-B market environment.

Mission:
-Establish commercial Benelux entity developing all Sales and Procurement contacts.
-Make market analysis and implement marketing plans.
-Employ and educate commercial staff for office and outside sales functions.

Achievements:
-Establish profitable operation on a new competitive market achieving sales of € 3 Mill from Zero.
-Obtain a respected market position and quality reputation at suppliers and customers.


Sales Manager, SANDVIK HARD MATERIALS FRANCE S.A. - 1989 – 1992. Production unit in France with commercial offices covering France and northern Africa.

Mission:
-Close the Sandvik Hand Materials commercial office in Paris and move and integrate the commercial organization into the newly acquired production plant in France.
-Run and develop the sales activity in France and Belux for all group standard products.

Achievements:
-Successful integration, development and later handover to the local French organization.
