Process owner for the Exit Project across Application Management Services -IBM
The role was focused towards in-depth understanding of the existing separations process, identify flaws and bridge gaps via effective process changes. Getting business buy in, assessing business requirements, scoping the exit project, developing the exit process, driving & ensuring exit compliance, automating the same with the Technical and the Work Force Management Team, analysis of the data captured and sharing/presenting the same to the top management, business and other support units.
Achievement: The formulated process was proposed to be replicated across other business units of IBM as well. The exit analysis as presented has enabled building key retention strategies.
