2. 1998-April 1999:
*Director operations (NL).

3. 1993 - 1998:
*Director Production with a famous USA multinational in The Netherlands.
Slicing and packaging of meat products, own brand, 200 employees; 150 (plus a
pool of 50 temporary labourers) working in production departments.
Responsible for total production facility incl. production location, plant, production,
quality, R&D, planning, safety, and as a director for strategy and total results.
Achievements: -productivity improved by 40%.

4. 1990-1993:
*Director Production (NL).
Confectionery (cookies), 130 employees (110 in production).
Responsible for 2 factories and total production, QA/QC etc.

5. 1986-1990:
*Manager Central Fresh-meat-processing-plants with a large supermarkets chain (NL).
Production of pre-packed meats at 6 locations all over The Netherlands, 300
employees in production departments.
Responsible for final results of the Group (not only financially).
Achievements: -major improvement of Total Quality.
-mentality alteration: from discount to client oriented.

6. 1979-1986:
*Senior project officer with HVA-Holland-Agro-Industries, Amsterdam (NL).
Integrated, turnkey projects in the agro-business in developing countries.
Examples:
-integrated broiler production farms, incl. feedmill, slaughterhouse, hatchery, over 100
poultry-houses, electrical and water supply, etc. carried out in dessert areas (capacity
5 and 6 mio broilers per year).
-Cheese factory, totally turnkey, built in dessert.
-Mushroom cultivation plant, vegetables growing and processing, dairyplants, egg-
processing, etc.
Responsible for design, negotiations (clients and suppliers), and support during
erection/installation.
Personal achievements: -contract cheese factory Egypt (DFL 23 mio).

signed on.
7. 1974-1979:
*Quality and R&D manager with a company being at that time part of ITT (NL).
Frozen Food, mainly vegetables, fruit and ready-meals.
Responsible for QA/QC and R&D for 2 production plants in The Netherlands and
trading companies in Belgium, France and Germany (trading in specialities: fish,
snails, crêpes etc.).
