Investigation of Horizontal and Vertical Business Applications
Scoping of Business opportunities with clear analysis and quantification. (Business Plans)
Recommendations on way forward to explore and harvest opportunities.
Recommendation on well-placed partners, and opening of preliminary discussions & negotiations with these.
Continuous liaising with key senior business stakeholders.
Programme mentoring of implementation projects.
Product & Service areas include: mobile video surveillance, people & asset track-ing, personal safety services, mobile security solutions for senior people and Alz-heimer/Dementia patients. Markets include B2B, B2B2C and B2C.

GROUP PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Tasked to lead the Cross-Functional Change Management effort required to sup-port the growing complexity and number of mobile devices that needed testing, approval and marketing.
Direct management of a team of Product Managers and management of external resources
Responsible and accountable for the cross-functional go-to-market processes around mobile devices.
Successfully led the process redesign, and optimization which increased capacity by a factor of three, while at the same time reducing the error rate to virtually zero. Most importantly this was achieved without needing to increase resources, and raised the job satisfaction and engagement of all people involved in the proc-esses.
Dramatic improvements achieved in range availability and time to market
Product & Service areas include: mobile devices (both voice and data), handheld business devices, Data Solutions
Markets include B2B and B2C. Successfully engaged with the mobile device sup-pliers and brought about win – win solutions to logistical and range issues.
Support Consumer and Business Marketing in the context of projects involving a device component by providing timely delivery of new device types or device features (test requirements, consolidated progress reporting, recommendations)
Monitor, control and communicate on delta analysis (performance in terms of time to market, cost, resources, and other KPI's).

SALES AND CUSTOMER CARE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for a team of experts (Project Analysts) focusing on the impact of new mobile data oriented products on both the Sales and the Customer Service processes and way-of-working in general.
Included accountability and responsibility for topic-centric field events.
Resulted in the set-up and training of a new customer service expert team within the customer service organization.
Coaching the Marketing Product Managers.
