General Manager of ABN AMRO Bank branches in Morrocco,Uruguay, Kenya, Indonesia and Bahrain for about three years in each country. The largest organisation was Indonesia with 400 staff and 5 branches.The last interim experience was the sale of the ABN AMRO branches in Ecuador. The assignment lasted 8 months. It consisted out of long negotiations with the buyer a local private bank.The most important was however to guide the local staff through the process of the sale of the bank's branches. Negotiations with the labour unions and local management were tough and lasted for months. My task was succesfully completed which may be deducted from the fact that I obtained almost 100% of the maximum bonus.
