1997 Sangro bv, Vlaardingen. Director. Turnover NLG 7 mln with 20 employees.
2000 International wholesale trade and production company for interior sunscreens.
* Completely responsible for the business unit and reporting to the holding.
* Reorganized and repositioned the company.
* Set out a new corporate strategy;
* Personnel policy.
* Commercial policy incl. price policy, key account management etc.
* Takeover (partial) of a major competitor.
* Introducing and integrating IT for control in all departments. (ISP/Microsoft)
* Purchase policy with successful re-negotiations with European suppliers
* Enhancing of production processes and introduction of quality control.
* Optimizing logistics with own transport and warehouse.
Results: In 1997 the company was sustaining major losses, upon my completion sales
were growing and thanks to lower cost –better efficiency and purchase- the gross margin had almost doubled. The employees were working more customer oriented and therefore confidence was restored, also enabling more business particularly with large accounts. Upon researching the market in 1999 a British multinational found ours to be the best internal organization and logistics and transferred its Benelux sales and distribution to Sangro.

Market leader in office supplies in the Benelux area.
Started as National Account Manager. Acquisition and troubleshooting with the
top 500 companies in the Netherlands and the Dutch Government.
1994/ Appointed District Manager. Sales responsibility NLG 15 million.
1997 Objective: optimal logistic services (JIT) to trade and industry and (semi) government.
* Responsible for developing policy, turnover and margin in the district.
* Coaching of division with non-office based staff of four and the office-based
district head and his staff of six.
* Personal acquisition of key accounts and implementation of the in close consultation
with the customer developed logistics in the respective organizations.
* Worked out a strategy for the market introduction of electronic ordering and the
electronic budgeting of the outdoor sales people.
Results: Significant growth of sales and margin, both at a personal and district level.

1990 Objective: expansion of sales and distribution to local wholesale trade and
