* GENERAL MANAGER SALES -- World Trade Network, USA, Netherlands -- 1993 – 1995 Developed and organized a service and sales association for small to medium sized business to promote and establish markets. Company designed to create international trade for PC’s, Software, (IT, PDM, PDW, PLC, UML), Management software, Purchasing and Inventory Control software, Software asset management. * GENERAL MANAGER -- Zihlmann Kabel, Switzerland -- 1989 – 1993 Managed production department of wire, cable-plug and harness assembly, injection molding of plug forms, ITnetwork/communication cabling and ITnetwork/communication equipment for Europe. Supervised the sourcing/purchasing department. Reorganized sales team and took revenue from Sfr.400K to Sfr.25million, within two years, by building a new sales and production organization, trade show representation. Cabling Contractor responsibility and project manager for site-outside plant. Responsibility for contract work of communication cabling system installation in structures (dwellings and commercial) and in-ground cable installation. Able to quadruple assembly line personnel, due to increased production demands. Introduced JIT manufacturing concepts and quality of service. Introduced ITnetwork/communications cabling (LAN: Token, Ethernet), (WAN: DB9-DB37 male and female), (Fiber optics: Duplex, Simplex (multi and single mode), FDDI), Patch cabling, and associated network and communications equipment (multiplexers, modular testers, tooling, modems, converters) into Switzerland. * GENERAL MANAGER -- Zevatech AG, Switzerland -- 1985 –1989 Developed and implemented new assembly line pick and place machines to mount and/or insert electronic components like IC's, capacitors, resistors and other components for the manufacture of PCBoards and Hybrids with SMTechnology by utilizing American, European, and Asian electro-engineering specifications in a Swiss/Japanese joint venture project for worldwide distribution. Achieved within two years, sales revenue of $7million in Europe and $15million in the USA with $2million profit. International sourcing and materials management. Sales strategy for presentation at trade exhibitions, established marketing elements and trends.

* TECHNICAL / PRODUCT DIRECTOR -- Amistar International , USA, Switzerland -- 1981 – 1985 Established the international office, planning and innovation of product presentation. Standardized the administrative system, technical management and inventory control. Achieved a revenue of $40 million in four years with $5 million profit with the introduction of a machine range for the manufacture of PCBoards and Hybrids for the PCBoard industry worldwide. Introduced I/R Laser PCBoard in/off line testing equipment. Analyzed, selected, and authorized participation in world trade exhibitions and advertising/promotion. Developed and manufactured insertion and peripheral equipment for diverse industries for their production of PCBoards and Hybrids with SMT and thru-hole PCBoard assemblies. Assisted customer to set up their assembly line to manufacture PCBoards. The equipment was designed and developed according to customers PCB’s specifications, i.e., Daimler-Benz, Siemens, Philips Electronics, General Electric, Intel, Kodak, Boeing, McDonell-Douglas, Porsche, General Motors, Volkswagen, and Bosch Electronics. Product customized according to customers assembly line requirements and specifications.

* LOGISTICS AND SALES MANAGER -- Flying Flowers, Rotterdam, Netherlands -- 1979 – 1980 Marketing, Sales and Logistics management for flowers, plants, and flower bulbs. Excess space was sold as contracted shipments of goods and commodities. Scheduled shipments by volume and determined carrier and means of transportation - air, truck, ship or rail. Develop schedule for incoming and outgoing shipments.

* PROJECT MANAGER / SERVICE MANAGER -- Digital Systems, Los Angeles, CA -- 1973 – 1979 Project Manager for installation of turn-key factories(automotive body parts, VCR frames, TV frames, household equpment, industrial equipment, test equipment) constructed worldwide. Each new installation included machine assembly line layout planning (In-line, cell system), custom made models, logistics, and turnover final acceptance. Factories were constructed for the manufacture of PCBoards with thru-hole technology for consumer products. These new PCBoards were designed and manufactured according to commercial and military specifications.
