This is my own company and I work on a freelance basis on different assignments as a consultant to help organisations to increase their Sales Productivity. I develop Business Plans and Sales Plans and/or I act as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager on a part-time basis. Recent projects: Business Development Manager for a Belgium startup to develop the Dutch Market. The product (software suite) helps customers to build real time Business Impact Analysing Applications (also security related). Customers in Telco and Financial Services Markets. I have sold one project at a big SP at a value of 800 K euro’s (both license and implementation). A Dutch Managed Service Provider hired me to develop a Sales Plan for the Dutch market. The company has one customer (90 % of revenue) and want to expand into new markets for obvious reasons. The Sales Plan helped them to define new PMC’s and appropriate communication-, activity- and funnel management plans. A US based Consultancy firm hired me as an acting Sales Manager to increase Sales Productivity in the Benelux Market. This company sells Professional Services into Telco and Financial Services Markets in the area of Convergence, Security and E-commerce.

Appointed as Sales Director for the Benelux region. Second Employee in Benelux. Product; Netcool Suite which covers Fault and Event Management, Security Management, Route Cause Analysis and Service Level Reporting. Business Development of Messaging Products (X.400 and EDI) and Network Integration Projects (Synoptics, Cisco, ScaNet, Network Management, etc.). International Account Management for Hoechst AG, DSM and International Resellers / Partners. As a Sales Manager responsible for Revenue and P&L.

Last Position: National Account Manager. Responsible for Philips and PTT (KPN now). Sales and Marketing of boddyshopping services and turnkey custom-made software projects mostly in real-time environments. Responsible for the start-up of a new branch office in Best. Previous positions: Sales Executive and Account Manager.
