KPI'S
- Built a new office for Tempo-Team Uitzendbureau from scratch to 3 Fte's:
- Set up entire database of clients and candidates in a new market, within 6 months;
- Recruited 3 new colleagues.
- Full responsibility for Campus Recruitment at KPMG Accountants:
- Developed and organized recruitment events;
- Developed and organized new hires introduction days;
- Interviewed potentials at college and university level
- Assessed and facilitate assessment centres;
- Developed training and workshops;
- Achieved KPI¡¦s: 5 new hires a month.

- Full responsibility for recruitment Telesales at T-Mobile:
(internal account managers new business and retention, problem in market to get motivated people for this job)
- Developed plan to professionalize Telesales department and attract the required (higher level) talent;
- Developed new (more attractive) job profiles to reach new potentials;
- Organized recruitment events to reach new potentials;

Project member in the development of Competence Management System for
T-Mobile Netherlands.
Together with a team of 4 colleagues responsible for the staffing of approximately 200 employees for T-Mobile within twelve months at college/university level;
- Recruiting (focus on Sales and IT);
- Negotiating with external headhunters achieving reduction in costs;
- Improving interview process and coaching management resulting in less non fits¡¦.
Set up training programmes and provided training/coaching/workshops on knowledge and skills for professionals at T-mobile.
Achieved Kpi's:
- New training offer at January 04 for 300 professionals. Started in July 2003;
Developed Training Plan for the sales department (170 Fte's) in January 2004, aligned training needs required competences for each job profile, Started June 2003.
Facilitate Reorganisation ICT Department ABN AMRO Amsterdam
Talentscan for 200 employees with a team of 8 colleagues, true competence focussed interviews, advised management on capability, reporting in recruitment tool. Achieved within 2 weeks.
Develop recruitmentproces and be operational in Recruiting and matching for diverse IT (Business) consultant profiles and candidates at ABN AMRO Amsterdam. Coaching of management and consultants in making the right match with the profile and also with the personal talents of the candidates (on going project 2005 / 2006). Project target (building proces, recruiting candidates and hiring 25 people) achieved within 13 weeks, together with 2 colleagues.
