- Relocated the department of 13 persons, my responsibility was to have the services to our clientele not interrupted – it was achieved with the help of my staff ./.

- Introduction of SWIFT related to the TA activity including choice of interface, hardware and then the implementation
- Helping the migration at SFT Bank NV from SWIFT B200 to SWIFTAlliance interface
- Internal control of the following activities related to above: capitalization of the companies, cash management, securities registration and re-registration, correspondence with institutional holders (brokers, banks and custodians), dividend and distribution activities
- In charge of relationship with the institutional holders
- Ensuring investors’ confidence in the capability of Citco’s capacity to be leader not only in Administration/Accounting in the off-shore fund industry, but also in the TA activities, this was crucial for the development of “fund services”
- Achievement of the migration of the IT system from “GSS” into “Ntas 2002” for the daily traded funds
- Revision of shareholder’s department operations, a successful 6-month project. This department was after the reorganization in line with the request of the market (institutional investors) and staff level was reduced from 12 to 8
