Challenge and achievements:
As business analyst/designer/project manager I successfully designed and developed a “goods tracking and tracing system” (Konfisk). The SW development was in close cooperation with key users, technicians and HW specialists.

As project manager I successfully managed the development of a major workflow system for the same organization (BOSZ). The system is one of the first to cross Police organizational boundaries (the Public Prosecution Service is now connected to the system) and thus involved tight security issues and resolving interface problems. Highly political sensitive project. A heavy emphasis was put on change and implementation management (procedures and processes).

Challenge and achievements:
Develop “one way of working”. ProRail ICT project defined or choose its unique development method, standards and tools. The scope of my assignment involved both SW systems development, sourcing to an external party (building the software), acceptance through testing, implementation and system maintenance (technical and functional). A heavy emphasis was put on change management (procedures and processes) and best practices.

Special emphasis was needed on safety issues (RAMSHE, similar to SHE-Q) and risk management. Co-author of the Safety Management System based on CENELEC.

Challenge and achievements:

Planning of the upgrade and migration. Developed and implemented a quality system to monitor a major the roll-out program. Through my involvement the project was back on track and ended successfully.

Challenge and achievements:
• Successfully implement a high performance sales culture through Solution Selling. Trained & coached Getronics (senior) directors, sales professionals, sales support consultants, consultants and technicians in using Solution Selling principles e.g. in conjunction with the portfolio. Assessed training needs and effectiveness in cooperation with Getronics HR audit procedures. Developed global Marketing material. Contributed to the development of the Getronics Customer Knowledge Reference Base to support and enable all professionals selling effectively and efficiently to customers.

• Director of Quality Management Services at Getronics Business Solutions (GBS). This business unit comprised 60 Technical Consultants, all specializing in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. They delivered services to the market. My team used models like TMAP, CMM. Tools used: Compuware. P&L responsible. HR activities executed.

Challenge and achievements:
Strengthen general management of Origin/Baan and Origin/QMSP. Develop ITIL, ISO, SPICE, CMM services and bring them to the market. My teams serviced the external market as well as the internal Origin organization by providing consultancy on process improvement (CMM, SPICE, ISO, ITIL).
Through Origin/Baan my team delivered 3rd line help services for Baan systems.
Extensively used RAINBOW (an Origin contract management tool). My field of play included the coaching and training of (senior) Origin Account Managers working on large, complex, (international) projects. P&L responsible.

Cap Gemini

Challenge and achievements:
From 1991 till 1995 located at the Headquarters of Cap Gemini (Paris, France) as trainer/consultant working on the development and world-wide implementation of the Cap Gemini Sales, Systems Delivery System and Project Management Method (tools included, SDW). My role included the development of aids and instructional materials. Methodology roll-out for Cap Gemini subsidiaries in northern, central and southern Europe.
