Skills: My interest and skills are in the area of (re-)building organisations from scratch, especially in a sales (entrepreneurial) environment. I am often asked to set up new business within Oracle and/or reorganise a business unit.

As being sales end-responsible it is very interesting to map my internal experiences and management skills with customer and partner business issues. So involvement in sales cycles is absolutely key in the way I work within and manage a (sales) team.

I have a coaching style of management and I am a strong believer in empowering self-steering teams.

What I am looking for, so far: I like to work in an environment where I am totally end-responsible (on a P&L basis). Preferable an international environment to, due the fact that I like working with and learning from other people working and living outside The Netherlands.
