2002-2005: Inter Access, Director Oracle Business Solutions Benelux
When the Landis organisation went bankrupt, I integrated the Oracle Business Solutions and Hosted Managed Applications Services unit of Landis within the Inter Access organisation. Within Inter Access responsible for solution development, license sales, implementation, management and hosting of Oracle Business Solutions. Sold and delivered large contracts to major customers like Grontmij (3000 users), Tyco Flow Control (all European subsidiaries), All Seas Engineering (all European subsidiaries including the vessels worldwide) and SNS Bank.

2002-2002: Landis N.V., Vice President Europe - Oracle e-Business Suite
Lands acquired QuayOne. Within Landis I was responsible for further growth of the Oracle Hosted Managed Applications services.

1997-2002: QuayOne, Founder / CEO
Founded QuayOne, which was an innovative company selling, implementing and managing Oracle e-Business Suite (including CRM and HRM) via Application Service Providing (today it is called Cloud). QuayOne operated on the European market with offices in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. QuayOne serviced large customers, employed over 120 employees and boosted annual revenue over Eur. 18 million.

1996-1997: Oracle Netherlands, Oracle Applications Sales Representative
Together with a team of pre-sales consultants selling Oracle e-Business Suite licenses, first year maintenance, consulting services and education within the Manufacturing, Engineering, Wholesale territory. Exceeded sales quota by 200% in 1997.

1995-1996: Oracle Netherlands, Consulting Director – Manufacturing & Engineering
Managed the Manufacturing & Engineering custom development and applications consulting unit, which consisted of 100 consultants. Responsibilities included opportunity identification, high quality proposals elaboration, new business generation, services portfolio positioning and selling, and directing/controlling project execution. Exceeded revenue and margin quota by 150% in 1996.

1994-1995: Oracle Netherlands, Consulting Manager – Oracle Applications
Managed the professional services & manufacturing applications consulting unit, which consisted of 20 consultants. Responsibilities included opportunity identification, high quality proposals elaboration, new business generation, services portfolio positioning and selling, and directing/controlling project execution.

1993-1994: Oracle Netherlands, Senior Applications Consultant
Leading design workshops to implement best practice solution and to gain a clear understanding of client's industry and business requirements, Configuring the Oracle e-Business Suite solution to meet the business requirements, Testing the solution to ensure that it meets the client's business requirements, Data Migration Activities, Preparation and delivery of Training, Cutover activity, Post Go-Live Support, Managing projects and support sales cycles.

1990-1992: NCR Europe, European Implementation Consultant/Project Manager
- Managed implementation projects of Oracle e-Business Suite in Paris, Zurich, Amsterdam, UK, Milan, Belgium.
- Developed strategy for centralising the various installations and setting-up shared services.
