Tasks: Accompany a team of new employees: forge of a team, optimise processes. Guarantors of activities. Gain of KPI. Prepare the team for the appointment of a team leader as fixed interpretation.

Realisation: New employees incorporated. KPI improved and gained. New set-up (efficiency improvement for a new administration brought in). Team now able to obtain monthly deadlines.

Team leader finance (interim assignment)

Large establishment of a house corporation.

Tasks: (re-)organise service costs over 2007 of the annual payment. Short-term task for 8 weeks.
After result, new task, organising the incoming invoice flow, afterwards team leader finance..

Realisation: Set-up and planning for the annual payment service costs for new employees unknown with the matter. Beside operational especially accompaniment and coaching. The entering invoice flow had been organised badly, because of this delays rising up to some months. Action plan made, zero point determined. All new invoices according to fixed working method process. Delays systematically, after consultation with the suppliers (term and collaboration asked), worked away based on old age first. Put a lot of effort in the accompaniment and motivation of employees. After round-off of this task, asked as a team leader finance. The old team leader was unsuitable ( only eye for the P&L, not for Balance-sheet). Because of this there were irregularities in the Balance-sheet. Multiple Transit Accounts had not been checked and reconciled for 2 years or had not been finished. Because of this there were great risks in the Balance-sheet. Set up the Balance-sheet, involved employees in guarding and made them responsible for components of the Balance-sheet. A lot of accompany and motivation. Annual account 2008 set up. Employees finance accompanied, activities set up differently, coaching. Organisation set up to a department cross over process orientated organisation. New team leader finances (in fixed service) brought in.

Manager Billing (interim assignment)
1/2007 - 3/2008 Wärtsilä Benelux B.V., Schiedam.
Service establishment of multinational in traction of Vessels and Power plants.

Task: Reorganise of the billing department and bringing back the work in process position.

Realisation: After inventory the problem proved to be not exclusively on the billing department. I wrote a report has conducted up to a large project “From order to cash”. To raise billing department and integration within the service teams. Efficiency within the service teams, communication with sales and account management. Introduce of system of lead time for work in process work to billing.

Business park in development. Demolish old pawn company area, build new logistical buidings and Offices. Management of immovable property, areas, infrastructure and GWE supplies, providing facilitative service.

Realisation: Total administrative brought back in FTE from of 9 to 4.5. Conversion administrative organisation process-sent to process based. Decentralisation of the administrative processes of central administration to departments. Part of an operational department. Closure of an operational department. Integration of rent processes (core-business) to administrative processes. Support for department managers (mostly technicians, less business economic knowledge). Set-up and develop management information systems. Basis set-up to new to implement ERP system. Commercial and customer aimed thinking.

Company in problems after too fast increase and disappointing turnovers from telecom activities (construction and maintenance GSM plants & antennae). On special request of (also) the interim manager as extra supplement.

Tasks: Streamline of the administrative and operational processes. Manpower administrative; secretarial and supportive slim. Company had to be prepared for sale. Eventually in slimmed form in other Strukton company incorporated.
