• Project Manager for the inventory reduction of finished goods from 19’000 tons to 10’000 tons within 1 year incl. decrease of monthly coverage from 2.5 to 1.5 months
• Project Manager: Creation of a centralized sample storage incl. necessary resources. Improvement of customer relation and at the same time cost reduction by around 15%
• Project Manager: Achievement of profitability improvements of an important product group by reducing the inventories by 2’500 tons and introduction of new materials management processes. Total savings ca. CHF 5 Mio p.a.
