Project Leader for the Deutsche Bahn AG, a major German logistics and mobility company with € 31 billion in revenue

- Project Brief: From a logistics opportunity perspective conduct a commercial feasibility analysis on three of the six planned economic cities in Saudi Arabia. These are planned cities that will have between 250,000 and 2,000,000 inhabitants.
- Result: The company is currently in strategic alliance discussions with one of the economic cities.
- Location: Saudi Arabia

Consultant for CarrierWeb, a US based telematics technology developer with € 15 million in revenue

- Project Brief: Develop German market entry strategy
- Result: The company is following the proposed acquisition strategy

Project 4 (5 Months)
Project Management Freight & Logistics for the Deutsche Bahn AG, a major German logistics and mobility company with € 31 billion in revenue

- Project Brief: Within the scope of the Saudi Landbridge RFQ (a planned cross-Saudi Arabia freight rail) develop the freight logistics revenue projections and container terminal concept.
- Result: The company is currently one of two final bidders
