For a Dutch based construction company named RenDeco, me and one friend organised an event in Amsterdam to raise money for their non profit initiative to send 12 of their employees to Nepal, to rebuild an orphanage.
We raised the whole amount needed to proceed with the project and the orphanage has been rebuilt in April 2006.

During the first month of recovery after the devastating Tsunami on December 25, 2003, which hit a major part of the South-Pacific coastlines, I was based in Sumatra for first aid purposes, executing assessments and coordination of rescue, relieve and recovery programmes.
