Employed by Focus Oil and Gas Group B.V. (split-of from former Employer Fabricom Oil & Gas B.V.) as HR Manager. Responsible for all personnel issues, Shareholder and Member of the Group Management Team.
Since the Company is in a start-up phase available for consultancy or part-time positions elsewhere, for a maximum of 24 hours per week (more hours are possible, depending on the duration of the project/assignment).

Fabricom Oil & Gas bv Human Resources Manager
Employed by GTI nv and posted at Fabricom Oil & Gas. Responsible for all HR activities for 200 personnel, divided over 2 locations. Member of the Management Team, Intermediate for the Works Council and responsible for reorganizing the HR department. Furthermore for four months fulltime co-responsible for detailing and writing the HR section of the ONEgas Tender for an Integrated Service Contract issued by Shell and Nam for the combined Southern North Sea Operations cross border.
Reporting to the General Manager and overall direct responsibility for 3 personnel.

Employed by GTI nv and posted at GTI Industry Northwest bv. Responsible for all Personnel & Organisation activities for over 500 personnel, divided over 4 locations. Member of the Management Team, Intermediate for the Works Council, project member for various ad-hoc study groups within GTI nv, co-responsible for two separate integration processes (GTI-HCG/FIB and GTI-Fabricom) and responsible for reorganizing four separate P&O departments to one location. Furthermore responsible for advising management e.g. on organisation development and for establishing & realising the annual P&O plan.

Co-responsible for (re)organizing the P&O activities from the separate companies to the centralised department on Schiphol Airport. Furthermore responsible for advising management e.g. on organisation development and for establishing a central works council for the group.

Royal Netherlands Air force Non Commissioned Officer
Employed by The Royal Netherlands Air force as Non Commissioned Officer (Sergeant 1st class) at the Directorate Personnel, Air force Headquarters in The Hague. Co-responsible for positioning, re-positioning, training & courses and career planning for the Air Force officers pool.

Royal Dutch Military Police Military Policeman (Military Service)
Fulfilled Military Service and subsequently on a fixed contract with The Royal Dutch Military Police (Koninklijke Marechaussee) as Marechaussee 1st Class. Co-responsibility for military police activities with regard to international military personnel on various locations in the Netherlands (Apeldoorn, Nunspeet, Wezep), Germany (Bergen Hohne and Hamburg) and in The Middle East (Sinai). These activities for instance consisted of escorting heavy military transports and furthermore conducting military services in an international context.
