Tasks:
-Controller BOM(Bill of Material)- Finance & Accounting
-BOM cost control. Responsible for Bill of Material rolling forecast which means making reports, guidelines.
-Dept cost control. Monthly department report, checking the post calculation and analyze the monthly results.
-Dept budget. Propose the information for manager and check information according to cost and guidelines to prepare budget for department.
-Set up and maintainance of a new intranet application to share information about Finance & accounting for BOM.
-Suppliers Financial Evaluation. Create a database with information of suppliers including results , to make sure the right buyer is chozen.
Results:
-In Philips, by setting up the F&A RoFo TeamRoom system(IT application), I achieved a major improvement in information flow. The communication now is faster and more accurate and accessable.
-In Philips, I provide the idea to one of our colleagues in the UK from Philips yellow page to solve their problem of analyzing the cost of saving.

1998- 2000 Purchasing & Logistic controller

Tasks:
-Sole responsible for the overseas international purchase of US$ 300,000/month
-Supervision of stock management
-Management of products updates information in the fast changing telecom business
Results:
-In Alcatel, I traced back 20,000 USD air-shipment fees which company had been arguing for 2 years
-Solved lot of old issues from the past of 3 years between Taiwan Branch office and France HQ.

-Main responsible is place order to overseas suppliers (China, Vietnam, Taiwan) international purchase of US$ 200,000/month
