Work Experience

Since 1989 in the Human Resources Field and since 2000 self employed as Human Resources Interim Manager. All together 9 years in the Electronic and Telecommunications Industry (US, Japanese and Swedish-Japanese Joint Venture) and 5 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Japanese company). Multilingual, very flexible and trustworthy in all human relations, sound experience in handling of all operational human resources matters with employees and managers of different nationalities and hierarchy levels. High strenght in the management consulting at all hierarchy levels for questions regarding operations, hiring/recruiting, HR administration, procedures, German social security, legal and payroll issues and of course organisation and efficiency of the Human Resources Department. Responsible for the coordination of all requested activities for the creation of foreign representations in East European countries - legal status, administration, logistics and hiring/recruiting -.
Very well acquainted with the German “Works Constitution Act” and experience with Works Councils Representatives. Excellent knowledge of the German payroll processing, German Working Law and German Social Security issues. Long experience with International Expatriates Management.

Last Project
• Closing down of the Research & Development Site in Munich and reduction of 220 staff (administrative and technical): responsible for the cost calculation, assistance in the creation of a social plan and in the regulation of severance payments, management advice in all legal matters related to the closing down, coordination of all required activities from the side of the company lawyer, full responsibility for the completion and hand over of all required documents (for example, hearings for the Works Council and termination letters)
